This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of The Friends.
Prior to the AGM a guided Twilight walk of the lower gardens will start at 6:00pm. Bookings on-line will be available first week of November.
The details of this meeting are as follows:

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
- Accept the minutes of the 2021 AGM
- Accept the Board annual report
- Accept the annual financial statements
- Appoint the nominated directors to the board.
- Post the date for the following AGM of 2022.
Notices of Motion pertaining only to AGM business as listed above must be sent by members, and received by the Secretary of FBBGSA, by 7pm on Wednesday November 13th 2022 for consideration and acceptance of inclusion in the agenda to be posted on-line.
The meeting agenda will be forwarded to members no later than November 19th 2022.
