Dear AAFBG Members
Hello everyone
We are half way through the year, the solstice has come and gone, you are doing your tax and we are all hoping that the next 6 months of this year will be a more cheerful one than the last.
It’s been a pretty busy couple of weeks for everyone as life has begun to return to normal (sort of).  I have 3 short videos for you to watch and enjoy that were made for the Qld Garden Expo Nambour which was shelved this year like every other event.  What they did instead was to have 3 days of promo materials with Costa, Sophie, Peter Young, Kevin Redd and many others.  I was in the intro – I don’t think I will give up my day job just yet.  Please watch your fellow friends do their bit to promote their gardens.  They are great and I was so appreciative of their effort and time.  It’s a good idea to make a short video to help promote your garden.  Nothing fancy but people engage better often this way.
BIG ANNOUNCEMENT – click the link to find out what it is.  Wonderful news!
I was wondering how you find new Friends for your area?  What do you do?  Do you use promotions or ads or word of mouth?  I would really appreciate if you could email me back how you do get new people involved.
Also, would it be possible that when you do email me you could add a phone number as well.  I sometimes need a quick answer or a quicker reply than an email.  This would really help me out.
I hope all is well in your world and in your gardens.

New Web Site for Friends AALBG Pt Augusta SA

I thought this may tickle your funny bone.  Amber Share is a graphic artist and has made some art based on bad reviews that some national parks have received on yelp.  American of course but still very funny and I am sure many of you may relate.  The Instagram is SUB PAR PARKS.  It reminds me of when people complain that the beach is too sandy.
