6 volunteers gardened today on beautiful sunny morning in the Kitchen Garden. The vegetables (silver beet, radishes, bok choy,etc) are growing well and get covered every evening to keep out the ducks and scrub turkeys. Garden beds were prepared and planted with turmeric , tomatoes, peas and other vegetables watered in and covered or fenced around plantings . It was another enjoyable day in the Kitchen Garden.
