NOTE: Accessibility 

The conference auditorium and toilets, Tropical Dome and Restaurant have ready wheelchair access. 

Guided tours –

• City Botanic Gardens – wheelchair and walker access
• Mt Coot-Tha – wheelchair access, buses have been organised for walk starting atop the gardens section, bus access may be limited depending on restrictions
  • Alternative options available for walks on lower sections of the gardens
• Sunshine Coast – ability to enter and exit bus, and ability to walk some sloping pathways. 
• Sherwood Arboretum – wheelchair access , leakier difficult on gravel paths

Cancellations or Alternative activities:

The organisers may have to cancel or make alternative arrangements for the conference and walks leading up to and during the event. These changes will be at the organisers discretion. 

The organisers are not liable for any cancellations due to force majeur.

Refunds

• Conference up to !4 days out – 50% refund After 14 days – no refund
• Dinner up to 7 days out – 50 % after 7 days – no refund
• Pre Sunshine Coast Tour – up to March 20th 50 % refund after March 20th – no refund
